Is ADHD causing you to get behind on deadlines, stay late at work, and create confusing presentations and emails?
Behind on deadlines,
spaced out in conversations,
staying late at work,
and your coworker says they don’t understand your email. Again.
Sound familiar?
If you are feeling burnt out, stuck, and maybe even confused, life with ADHD might feel overwhelming.
I know that you can have work-life balance with ADHD. We can provide you with the skills, tools, and community to support you.
I’m Hollis, and I can help you gain skills to communicate effectively, gain clarity on your priorities, and balance your home and work life.
I understand that being behind on deadlines and staying late at work might have you feeling burnt out, stressed, and maybe even feeling inadequate. You might even be embarrassed that people don’t seem to understand you sometimes.
The adults with ADHD who I’ve worked with have gone from staying up late all weekend to meet every deadline to actively planning ahead, delegating, and picking up hobbies for fun again.
In short, they’ve learned to thrive with ADHD - just like you will.

Have concerns about starting group therapy for ADHD?
Worried about the price?
Joining a group does cost money and that can be a hard decision for many to make. However, it is worth the investment if you crave accountability, tools, and a community of other adults with ADHD. Also, who knows what increased success at work might mean for your bank account!
Think you don’t have the time?
Committing to this hour once a week can save you hours and hours every week by helping you focus on your priorities.
Joining a group will help you save time cobbling together resources that you find online or from books that don’t seem to help long-term.
Worried that this won’t work because
nothing else has?
If you are ready to commit to meeting once a week with a group of other awesome adults with ADHD, it can work for you. In our initial consultation, we will discuss what you are hoping to get out of the group and we will decide together if it is the right fit for you.
This consultation is completely free and there is no pressure to schedule after our consultation.
Not sure if the group is a good fit for you? Schedule a consultation to make sure!
